FTP not working for IGW922 firmware rev 1.48?

Hello support.

We are facing a problem in a new IGW 922.
The web front end reports revision 1.48 build 5756.
web, openvpn, telnet are working correctly, but we cannot download firewall.rukes neither using the web page, nor manually with ftp.

ftp connects, but put and get always fail with timeout.

Any hints?

FTP is not possible on LAN2 or ppp0 (Modem), if firewall is enabled. It is, because no rule exist for FTP.

On LAN1 FTP should be possible.

Do you want download firewall rules from IGW/922 into your computer? Or upload to the IGW/922?

For the download please use the button "Script rules" in the menu "Firewall and NAT".

For upload, please download current setting via button "Script rules", save as file locally on your desktop, change the file and send it up with the "Upload new rules" line.

Please check, that the file is a plain text file with CR/LF or LF only, no hidden controls. Sometimes Windows puts a "BOM" for UTF-8 in top of file. Such things would fail.
