Hallo Forum.

Es gibt inzwischen ein recht umfangreiches Condition-Monitoring-Beispiel mit RMG/941, MLS/160A und der Amazon-Cloud (Amazon Web Services, AWS). Die folgende Abbildung illustriert die Zusammenhänge:

Nachdem ein MLS/160A als triaxialer Vibrationssensor an einer rotierenden Maschine befestigt wurde, liefert diese Sensorik einen kontinuierlichen Datenstrom an ein RMG/941. Mit diesen Vibrationsdaten lässt sich eine CSV-Datei zum Trainieren eines Supervised-Machine-Learning-Algorithmus erzeugen (das „Training“ in der folgenden Abbildung). Dafür wird die PyDSlog-App des RMG/941 zunächst einmal im CSV-Datenerfassungsmodus benutzt. Mit Hilfe der CSV-Daten und der AWS entsteht ein Machine-Learning-Modell, mit dem sich anschließend die Betriebszustände der Maschine an Hand des jeweiligen Vibrationsdatenbildes klassifizieren lassen.



In der anschließenden Inferenzphase werden von PyDSlog periodisch die Messwerte einer bestimmten Zeitspanne (Sampling Window) als einzelner Merkmalsvektor bzw. diskrete Messdatensequenz per MQTT an eine spezielle AWS-Funktion geschickt (siehe „Lambda“ in der Abbildung). In der Amazon-Cloud erfolgt dann mit Hilfe des Machine-Learning-Modells unverzüglich die Klassifizierung. Das Ergebnis wird dann ebenfalls per MQTT zum RMG/941 geschickt.

Hallo Forum.

PyDSlog ist eine Python-Softwarebibliothek, um Sensordaten in CSV-Dateien zu erfassen, die dann zum Training bzw. zur Modellbildung von KI-Algorithmen genutzt werden (Supervised-Machine-Learning-Modelle, z. B. einfache Entscheidungsbäume oder Deep Learning mit TensorFlow).



In einer weiteren PyDSlog-Betriebsart werden jeweils periodisch diskrete Messdatensequenzen erfasst und sofort an die Eingänge eines Machine-Learning-Modells weitergeleitet, um im Rahmen einer Inferenz eine Klassifizierung oder Regression durchzuführen.
