Reset to factory default

Hello forum.
A few months ago I configured an IGW822-U for a machine (VPN client for a M2M connection). I had a few problems with the programming (ftp seemed not to work), but after a few attempts, the device worked.
When the machine went to the customer, I verified that VPN didn't work, so I sent a replacement and the original IGW, after a long time came back.

Now the IGW is here and I can access it through telnet and serial, but ssh and WEB interface are gone, directory /rw doesn't exist and ssvconfig is not found.

I don't know what happened to this device, but would it be possible to reflash to factory image the device using UBoot interface?

it is possible to reflash the complete device by your self.

Please contact me or our support directly, so we can send the instructions and the files to you. Please refer your serial number and MAC address of your IGW/922.
