Hallo Forum.

Frage: Die BF537 32-bit Backfin MCU besitzt kein Adressbit A0. Woher kommt das Signal SA0 (Pin 55 – Expansion Bus) am DIL-64-Steckverbinder?

Antwort: Vollkommen richtig, der Blackfin kann auf seinem Bus nur 16-Bit Zugriffe adressieren. Daher ist der SA0 des DNP/5370 mit A1 des Prozessors verbunden. Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass nur 8-Bit des Datenbusses am DIL-64-Steckverbinder herausgeführt sind, die Zugriffe aber mit 16-Bit erfolgen, sollten die oberen 8-Bit per Software ausmaskiert werden. Bezüglich der Adressen erfolgen externe Buszugriffe also immer an geraden Adressen. Dieser Umstand sollte bei der Entwicklung von Treibern berücksichtigt werden.
