Hallo Support-Forum,

ist es möglich von Linux aus ein anderes BIOS aufzuspielen? Unter DOS funktioniert das ganz gut mit den EXE Dateien. Unter Linux mit den BIN Dateien jedoch nicht. Auch das setzen des EXECUTE Flags der Datei und dem Start als ROOT liefern nicht das gewünschte Ergebnis.

Hallo mam.

Die *.bin Dateien sind auch nicht für Linux gedacht. Sie können nach dem Umbenennen in einen fixen Namen mit Hilfe der Firmware des ADNP/1520 als Image geladen werden (CTRL-L über COM1 in der Bootphase, dann Datei per Z-Modem senden usw.).
