Answering my own question!,
On the CD, product_recovery/buildup-3791 contains HOWTO-install. I repaired my jffs2 filesystem following these instructions. Now running fine,

Hello all,
Recently one of our devices has started giving this error on bootup:
Data CRC 37814b69 != calculated CRC c05fba3b for node at 007183c8
I assume this is a corruption of the root jff ... |

I understand that the 9265 does not support a real-time clock (by which I mean a clock with a battery that keeps time even when the unit is off). We need this as our units are turned off ... |

Thanks again for the help, I am however no further forward. I can toggle the various pins but nothing much seems to help. Shouldn't this all be done by the driver anyway?
